Active participation in safety programs and training At Anjor S.A., we are currently seeking personnel for the Tire Shop area, targeting individuals committed to safety, teamwork, and preventive maintenance of our vehicles. Notify the supervisor if you consider that equipment not meeting road safety standards should not be permitted to leave the premises. Accurately perform and report preventive inspections carried out in the tire shop area to generate work orders and conduct appropriate follow-up. Conduct tire audits to monitor tire condition and verify compliance with established parameters. Take initiative to immediately stop and report unsafe acts or conditions. Know and fulfill your role within the Safe Mobility Plan and the Hygiene, Safety, and Environment Plan. Know and fulfill your responsibilities under the pillars of safety culture. Perform repairs within your capability or as requested to ensure proper equipment operation. Perform tire alignment and balancing according to recommended guidelines and established requirements. Calibrate the wheel balancer when it falls outside tolerance limits. Complete records corresponding to tasks performed. Participate in hazard identification programs, safe task analysis, and risk prevention. Actively participate in safety committee activities or programs, investigations, and corrective actions. Participate in and comply with scheduled training and development programs. Collaborate with operational areas to reduce workplace incidents, traffic incidents, or customer dissatisfaction. Be familiar with policies, regulations, rules, and procedures of the Integrated Management System. Other tasks assigned by Management or the Transportation Directorate.
