




Position Summary: We are seeking a Shift Chef for a renowned Restaurant Chain, responsible for dish preparation, adherence to quality standards, and process supervision. Key Responsibilities: 1. Development of innovative dishes according to seasonality 2. Ensuring quality standards and cost control in production 3. Supervision of processes and compliance with BPM Our client, a renowned Restaurant Chain, is incorporating a Shift Chef. Main responsibilities: Develop new dishes in accordance with product seasonality. Ensure that products/dishes are prepared and delivered on time and meet defined quality and cost standards. Supervise that all tasks are performed in compliance with company-defined processes and procedures. Supervise and ensure compliance with BPM. We seek a professional chef with formal culinary education and experience gained in prestigious hotels or restaurants, with expertise in international cuisine. Conditions: Workplace: CABA (Belgrano, Palermo, Puerto Madero). Working hours: Full-time, with 4 days off per month. Excellent employment conditions and growth opportunities.
