Position Summary: We are seeking a proactive and flexible Construction Manager to oversee the execution of a residential building, with capabilities in planning, teamwork, and progress and quality control. Teamwork and proactivity We are currently searching for a Construction Manager to supervise the construction of a major residential building in Pilar. We seek proactive, flexible, self-sufficient, and responsible candidates with strong planning skills and TEAMWORK ability. Responsibilities: Progress and quality control of construction work according to specifications. Define and optimize construction methods or service delivery, whether material or human resources. Establish and maintain updated construction schedules and their corresponding work plans. Prepare progress reports and other reports as requested by the Construction Coordinator. Coordination tasks with the Construction Management team and involved labor unions. Interaction with contractors, property owners, and relevant authorities. Preparation of certificates and progress reports. Identification of potential issues and proposal of corrective solutions. Organization of material and machinery supply. General administrative tasks. Mandatory Requirements: Proven experience in construction management. Proficiency in computer tools: AutoCAD, Office, and Project. University degree in Architecture or Engineering. Personal transportation. Work location: Pilar (Construction Site). Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00–17:30 (subject to construction progress).
