Role Objective Lead the integrated operations of Serena Copacking, covering two production plants and their associated processes, within a context of strong growth and scaling. This position is responsible for ensuring efficiency, productivity, and compliance with quality standards, with a strong results orientation and commitment to continuous process improvement—translating field-level work into a systematic, board-reportable management framework. Key Responsibilities Lead the integrated operations of both plants, ensuring process efficiency, productivity, and continuity. Go onsite and directly engage in production processes: identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities. Design, test, and implement improvements autonomously. Ensure compliance with quality standards and certifications (BRC, gluten-free, nutritional supplement), managing related requirements. Participate in procurement and production planning activities. Lead and manage the workforce across both plants. Lead the scaling of the cereal bar plant, already in operation. Translate field-level work into a management system by establishing and following standardized procedures. Report directly to the Board with required information, reports, and KPIs. Requirements **Requirements:** Relevant academic background (Food Engineering or related disciplines preferred but not mandatory). Proven experience in the food industry.
