Main Responsibilities: Act as a strategic partner to Directors, middle management, and operational leaders, supporting people management and providing decision-making support related to talent and organizational matters. Design, coordinate, and implement the annual Human Capital plan, aligning departmental activities with business objectives and needs. Oversee key Human Resources processes—including recruitment, onboarding, development, compensation, organizational climate, and internal communication—promoting consistent management criteria and continuous improvement. Lead and develop the Human Capital team, organizing priorities, monitoring performance, and reinforcing the department’s positioning within the organization. What Are We Looking For? Professionals holding degrees in Human Resources, Labor Relations, Business Administration, or related fields. Minimum 10 years of experience in generalist Human Capital roles or HR Business Partner positions, with a strategic focus and comprehensive business vision. Proven track record supporting leaders and commercial teams in people management and development. Experience working in organizations with dynamic operations and geographically distributed teams.
