Job Description: Commercial Analyst • Position: Commercial Analyst • Department: Commercial • Reports to: Board of Directors / Commercial Management • Seniority Level: Semi-Senior • Frequent Interaction: Sales Supervisors, Sales Representatives / Field Agents, Administration & Finance • Location: Operational base at Luvik + ongoing contact with commercial zones (primarily office-based work with daily interaction with the sales force) Job Mission: To analyze, monitor, and optimize the sales force's commercial management, generating reliable and timely information that supports improved decision-making, objective attainment, and point-of-sale performance. Acts as the analytical support for the commercial team and serves as the bridge between business data and field operations. Main Responsibilities: Analyze commercial management indicators (sales, coverage, product mix, targets, collections, visit effectiveness, productivity per sales representative and zone). Prepare and maintain up-to-date commercial reports, control dashboards, and dashboards for Department Heads and Management. Develop and manage commercial databases, ensuring data consistency, quality, and timeliness. Collaborate daily with Supervisors and Sales Representatives / Field Agents to identify deviations, opportunities, and improvement actions. Track target achievement by zone, customer, category, and sales representative. Analyze promotions, product launches, and commercial initiatives, evaluating impact and results. Propose improvements to sales routes, coverage, customer portfolio, and commercial execution based on data analysis. Support commercial planning (targets, segmentation, goals, forecasts). Monitor and validate data from pre-sales tools and commercial systems. Participate in commercial meetings, providing analysis and recommendations. Generate periodic reports and presentations to support Commercial Management’s decision-making. Job Requirements: Completed secondary education (mandatory). Tertiary or university degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Marketing, Information Systems, or related fields (preferred). Experience: Minimum 2–3 years of experience in commercial analysis, sales, or business intelligence roles within fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG), distribution, or retail companies.
