We’re looking for you! We are currently searching for an Administrative Manager for our biscuit production plant located in Carlos Spegazzini. We seek a candidate with a 360° perspective, capable of overseeing end-to-end administrative management within a dynamic and productive environment. Your Mission: Lead and supervise the administrative team, ensuring smooth financial, operational, and accounting processes, and guaranteeing accurate information for decision-making. Key Responsibilities: Team Leadership: Supervise and direct the daily tasks of assigned administrative staff. Financial & Treasury Management: Control and manage treasury operations, supplier payments, collections, and current account status (customers, suppliers, and sales representatives). Process Control: Evaluate correct payment allocation, invoice entry, and bank reconciliations. Accounting & HR Support: Review payroll and sales representative commissions, maintaining regular communication with the external accounting firm. Operational Management (Calypso System): Manage raw material inventory, sales administration, collections, and daily production reporting. Customer Service: Supervise initial B2B and end-consumer customer service, ensuring efficient referrals. Requirements: Experience: Minimum 5 years in similar administrative supervisory roles, preferably within the industrial sector. Education: Preferably graduates or advanced students in Public Accounting or related fields. Not mandatory. Technical Skills: Proficiency in digital tools, Excel (intermediate/advanced level), and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems. Profile: We seek a highly organized, autonomous individual with strong leadership and prioritization skills. Logistics: Must reside in Carlos Spegazzini or nearby areas. Availability to work: Carlos Spegazzini (Ezeiza), Monday to Friday, 8:00–17:00 hrs. Work Modality: 100% on-site (in modern offices with a cafeteria).
