Job Objective Supervise and coordinate security personnel during assigned shifts, ensuring compliance with internal procedures and corporate standards, thereby guaranteeing efficient, professional service aligned with the company’s values. Main Responsibilities: Coordinate security team schedules, instructions, and tasks. Conduct continuous facility inspections to identify and report potential anomalies. Supervise the proper presence, hygiene, uniform, and conduct of supervised personnel. Communicate operational updates, assignments, and guidelines to the team. Resolve internal conflicts or customer-related issues diplomatically and professionally. Supervise personnel, supplier, and merchandise entry and exit. Ensure compliance with regulations, procedures, and corporate values. Promote a harmonious, collaborative, and respectful work environment.
