The Maintenance Data Management Analyst will play a critical role in managing the central data structure for the maintenance team. Their primary responsibility will be to ensure data alignment and continuity across all maintenance activities. They will collaborate with various departments, contractors, and external partners to optimize costs and improve operational efficiency. This role reports to the Maintenance Leader and is responsible for the following tasks: * Manage the central maintenance data structure. * Collect and analyze work management data to identify improvement opportunities and implement corrective actions (e.g., equipment lists, cost centers, standard tasks, etc.) in SAP. * Conduct QA/QC audits to ensure data accuracy and integrity. * Support zero-based budgeting development to optimize resource allocation and cost control. * Engage with key stakeholders, including leaders, peers, project teams, and operational teams, to contribute to the development of operational plans. * Provide KPI information and reporting to ensure decisions are made in the best interest of the business. * Collaborate with colleagues from other Rio Tinto sites operating in different time zones. **Role Requirements** * University degree (Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field). * Technical knowledge in Mechanical/Electrical disciplines (desirable). * 5+ years of relevant experience in maintenance planning and scheduling. * 5+ years of experience with SAP (Inventory and Maintenance modules). * Proficiency in English, both written and spoken. * Understanding of engineering documentation and the lithium carbonate production process is desirable. * Proficiency in MS Office applications. * Strong understanding of maintenance asset management functions. * Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, interpersonal). * Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. * Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. **What We Offer** * Recognition for your contribution, your thinking style, and your effort—and go home knowing you’ve contributed to progress in the world. * A workplace where safety is always the top priority. * A competitive remuneration package with annual incentives for eligible employees. * Access to world-class health and wellbeing programs designed for families. * Wellbeing benefits. * Rio Tinto Employee Share Program. * Employee Assistance Program. * Ongoing support for your personal and professional wellbeing—for you and your family. * Leave entitlements covering all life stages (vacation, parental leave, medical leave). **About Rio Tinto** Rio Tinto is a leading global mining and materials company. It is a long\-life, scalable resource with one of the lowest carbon footprints of lithium assets in the world.
