Location: Belgrano, CABA Work Modality: Hybrid (4 days on-site – 1 day remote) **Responsibilities** ✅ Provide user assistance and support in response to inquiries or issues. ✅ Efficiently manage and resolve incidents. ✅ Record user interactions and collaborate with the team to improve customer experience. **Requirements** **Prior customer service experience (call center).** Strong oral and written communication skills. Proactive profile with initiative to solve problems. Flexibility and resilience to handle various types of inquiries and situations. We seek an empathetic and patient individual when interacting with users, with strong teamwork abilities—sharing information and knowledge.
