We seek leaders who anticipate market trends and elevate the company’s positioning. What You Will Lead: The evolution of the Engineering System: standards, criteria, and configurations. Hybrid Field Engineering: physical presence on construction sites and learning from practice. Coordination among Engineering, Commercial, Procurement, Cost Control, Production, and Customers. A technical team, fostering autonomy, sound judgment, and a business-oriented mindset. Applied innovation, standardization, and continuous improvement. What We Are Looking For In You: Experience leading engineering teams or industrial projects. Systemic vision, strategic thinking, and strong field presence. Ability to translate customer needs into competitive technical solutions. Advanced English proficiency and proficiency in MS 365, world-class ERP systems, and collaborative tools.
