Coordination across key departments: Sales, Engineering, Procurement, Production, and Clients. Direct client relationships, with strong field presence and deep business understanding. A seasoned technical team, enhancing their performance and alignment with business objectives. Continuous improvement, identifying optimization opportunities and value creation. What We Seek in You: Experience leading projects or teams in industrial or manufacturing environments. Strong customer and business orientation, with the ability to deliver rapid and effective responses. Leadership and decision-making skills. Technical sales experience or roles involving commercial interaction will be valued. Advanced English and proficiency in management tools (ERP, MS 365, etc.).
