Job Summary: We are seeking a Dispatch Supervisor to lead the optimization of operations, inventory management, and continuous improvement within the food and beverage sector. Key Highlights: 1. Work at a leading food export company Evening Shift Dispatch Supervisor Company Industry: Food and Beverage Interior of Buenos Aires, Marcos Paz Main Responsibilities:  Implement necessary measures to achieve operational excellence and optimization  Monitor improvement objectives for operational efficiency  Review and propose improvements to documentation updates/modifications related to operations (procedures)  Daily management of operational needs (tools)  Oversight of process compliance in merchandise control and receipt, order preparation, goods dispatch, and inventory control  KPI management  Analysis of deviations, returns and/or rejections; statistical reporting and management control Working hours: Sunday to Friday, 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM. Sundays: either 3 hours weekly or 6 hours every other Sunday, as agreed, to complete the weekly 48-hour schedule. Requirements: Minimum Education: High School Diploma Years of Experience: 2 to 5 years Candidates must demonstrate experience in high-turnover warehouse management, quality, and inventory control Leadership skills, excellent interpersonal communication, and strong ability to manage highly flexible teams and interact effectively with delegates will be valued Own transportation and residence in areas adjacent to or easily accessible from Marcos Paz is an absolute requirement About the Company: An Argentine company dedicated to the manufacturing and commercialization of food products.
