Dispatch Supervisor - Afternoon Shift Company Industry: Food and Beverage Interior of Buenos Aires, Marcos Paz Main Responsibilities:  Implement necessary measures to achieve operational excellence and optimization  Track improvement objectives for operational efficiency  Review and propose improvements to documentation aspects of operations (procedures) during updates/modifications  Daily management of operational needs (tools)  Monitor compliance with procedures across operations including goods receipt and inspection, order picking, goods dispatch, and inventory control  Indicator management  Analyze deviations, returns and/or rejections; perform statistics and management control Working hours: Sunday to Friday, 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM. Sundays: either 3 hours weekly or 6 hours every other Sunday, as agreed, to complete the weekly 48-hour schedule. Requirements: Minimum Education: High School Diploma Years of Experience: 2 to 5 years Candidates must demonstrate experience in managing high-turnover warehouses, quality assurance, and inventory control Leadership skills, excellent interpersonal communication, and strong ability to manage highly flexible teams and interact effectively with delegates will be valued Own transportation and residence in areas adjacent to or easily accessible from Marcos Paz are mandatory requirements About the Company: An Argentine company dedicated to manufacturing and marketing food products.
