




We are looking for an On-Call Operator in Mar del Plata! At Apertus, we are seeking an On-Call Operator for our important client, a leading company in Home Healthcare Services. Location: Mar del Plata Employment Type: Full Time – includes weekend and holiday work (with compensatory days off). Main Responsibilities: Provide telephone support and coordinate actions with clients, providers, and patients to initiate and follow up on home hospitalization/care services. Manage hospitalization requests, budgets, and authorizations (service orders). Search for and hire providers, compare quotes, and assign patients. Conduct initial contact with the patient, introduce the service, and obtain consent. Create and monitor patient files. Handle inquiries from providers and case managers, and conduct satisfaction surveys. Requirements: Minimum of 2 years' experience in telephone customer service. Good proficiency with computer tools. Excellent interpersonal skills, service orientation, and problem-solving ability. Ability to work in a team, manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and maintain organization in high-demand environments.
