We are currently looking for a Maintenance Coordinator for a major food industry company located in the Western Zone. We seek candidates with experience in production environments, team leadership, and the ability to manage daily plant operations. Position Objective: · Plan and coordinate plant maintenance activities, ensuring production line operability in compliance with food safety standards, SHE regulations, and the defined budget. · Key Responsibilities: · Define and supervise the maintenance plan, ensuring achievement of key performance indicators. Prepare the maintenance department budget and monitor expenditures, ensuring cost control and financial predictability. Select, manage, and evaluate service providers, ensuring quality and compliance of performed work. Authorize procurement of materials and services in accordance with the company’s purchasing policies. Promote teamwork and implement corporate policies, contributing to continuous improvement. · Required Education: · Technical or university degree in Engineering (Industrial, Electromechanical or related fields) (Mandatory) · Requirements: · Experience supervising industrial plants (ideally food-related). Knowledge of quality and food safety standards and practices within production environments. Proficiency in computer tools and management systems.
