Work Location: Godoy Cruz, Mendoza Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30–17:30 hrs Employment Mode: On-site Contract Type: Permanent Offer Includes: Joining an established procurement team Being part of an organization with multiple business units in expansion Having opportunities for professional development Accessing job stability The main responsibilities of this position will be: Receiving and managing purchase requests from various internal departments Requesting quotations from a minimum of three suppliers and preparing Excel-based comparative analyses for approval Negotiating commercial terms: pricing, discounts, and payment terms (30/40 days via bank transfer) Generating purchase orders in the system (Finnegans) upon approval Tracking deliveries until acceptance by the requesting department Entering invoices into the system and forwarding them to the payments department Continuously identifying and developing new suppliers Recording and maintaining up-to-date procurement history to ensure full process traceability Requirements: Degree or advanced studies in Business Administration, Commerce, Logistics, or related fields Minimum 2 years’ experience in procurement or supply chain, or 1 year in the retail sector Advanced Excel skills (comparative analysis, pivot tables, analytical spreadsheets) Proficiency in management systems and digital tools in general Supplier negotiation skills Autonomous, organized profile with strong process and documentation orientation Excellent communication and collaborative skills across multiple internal departments By applying or progressing through this process, you consent to the processing of your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, pursuant to Law No. 326.
