Chef in Charge of Production

We are currently looking for a **Chef in Charge of Production** to supervise and coordinate the production at a food manufacturing plant and retail location, located in the Pilar area. **Main responsibilities include:** \- Supervise the complete production process at the manufacturing plant (cold, hot, and pastry items) as well as at the retail outlet. \- Lead and coordinate the tasks of the kitchen team under their responsibility. \- Standardize and cost recipes. \- Promote and enforce quality and food safety standards. \- Propose innovative ideas for new products, taking into account culinary trends and associated costs. **Requirements:** * Tertiary or university degree in gastronomy (mandatory) * Proven experience in large-scale production, preferably in hotels, corporate catering companies, or events. * Experience leading teams. * Knowledge of industrial equipment (ovens, mixers, blast chillers, laminators, etc.) * Additional training in pastry, chocolate making, or baking. Planning ability, organization, attention to detail, and creativity are key competencies that complete the profile.
