Provide procurement support and documentation management Procurement and Logistics Assistant (Commercial Architecture) We are seeking a dynamic Architect to join our Procurement team. Your role will be pivotal in transforming our clients’ designs into tangible realities, providing direct support to the Procurement Manager in executing and controlling supplies for retail stores, exhibition booths, and offices. What will be your mission? Assist in the operational management of the Procurement and Logistics department, ensuring that materials and safety documentation (ART/Insurance) are available on time and in full for each installation. Coordinate the inflow and outflow of our warehouse materials and optimize storage to improve company performance. Your main responsibilities: • Procurement Support: Perform metric calculations, request quotations, and conduct cost comparisons for submission to the Procurement Manager. • Documentation Management (Entry): Fully manage insurance policies, ART certificates, and other required certifications enabling our staff and suppliers to access trade fair venues, shopping malls, and construction sites. • Logistics and Warehouse Control: Coordinate material flow among suppliers, our warehouse, and installation sites. Maintain and improve studio-owned equipment and materials. • Reporting and Tracking: Keep price lists and purchase order statuses up to date, reporting deviations or unforeseen issues to the department head. Profile Requirements: • Education: Licensed Architect or final-year Architecture student (capable of reading and interpreting detailed drawings). • Experience: 1–2 years in similar roles within commercial architecture, construction, or events. • Tools: Advanced Excel proficiency (mandatory). Familiarity with AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Illustrator. • Skills: Strong organizational ability, attention to detail, and proactive problem-solving under pressure to resolve logistical bottlenecks.
