Position Summary: We are seeking a Project Architect for comprehensive project development, technical drawing preparation, and coordination, with a problem-solving and detail-oriented profile. Key Highlights: 1. Comprehensive project development and executive documentation. 2. Coordination with site management, consultants, and suppliers. 3. Technical and economic optimization of design solutions. At Spazios, we are looking for a Project Architect to join our architecture and development team. · Responsibilities: Comprehensive project development (preliminary design, design, and executive documentation) Preparation of technical drawings, construction details, and quantity take-offs Coordination with site management, consultants, and suppliers Adaptation of designs according to regulations and municipal requirements Technical and economic optimization of design solutions Mandatory Requirements: Graduated Architect Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD Proven experience in technical construction documentation Problem-solving, detail-oriented, and execution-focused profile Proficiency in Revit (BIM) Preferred Qualifications: Experience in real estate developers or high-volume architectural firms Knowledge of urban regulations (CABA/GBA) Experience in multifamily residential projects We seek a candidate who: Identifies errors before they reach the construction site Possesses sound technical judgment and quick response capability.-Requirements- Minimum Education: University degree 3 years of experience Age: 30 years or older Keywords: architect, arquitecto, architecture, arquitectura, planner, planificador, proyectista
