At CETA Capital Humano, we are looking for an Oven Production Supervisor for a leading company in the sanitary ware industry, located in Lanús. We seek candidates with experience in mass production and strong leadership and industrial team management capabilities. Position Objective: Responsible for coordinating oven sector production during the assigned shift, optimizing available resources to ensure high-quality products through efficient use of materials, time, and production processes. Main Responsibilities: Development and monitoring of the production plan. Analysis of production, consumption, inventories, and losses. Control of operational parameters, records, and daily checks. Management of team performance evaluations and training. Compliance with and control of Safety and Quality regulations. Required Education: Technical secondary education (Electromechanical, Electrical, or Electronic) (mandatory). Tertiary or university degree in Industrial Engineering or Mechanical Engineering (desirable). Requirements: Completed technical secondary education (Electromechanical, Electrical, Electronic, or related field). Tertiary or university studies in engineering or related disciplines will be valued. Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in industrial production supervision, in continuous or semi-continuous processes. Knowledge of ISO standards. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and management systems.
