Process supervision and key performance indicator control At CETA Capital Humano, we are seeking an Enameling Production Supervisor for a major industrial company located in Lanús. We are targeting candidates with experience in production processes, possessing leadership capabilities and team management skills in industrial environments. Position Objective: Responsible for coordinating the enameling process during the assigned shift, optimizing available resources to ensure high-quality products through efficient use of materials, time, and production processes. Main Responsibilities: Supervision and control of the enameling process. Monitoring of quality, waste, and efficiency indicators. Control of operational parameters and daily records. Coordination and leadership of the work team. Compliance with and control of Safety and Quality regulations. Required Education: Technical secondary education (Electromechanical, Electrical, Electronics or related field) (mandatory). Tertiary or university education in related fields (desirable). Requirements: Minimum 2–3 years’ experience supervising industrial production processes. Experience in enameling or similar processes (desirable). Knowledge of ISO standards (14001, 45001, 50001, ISO 9001). Proficiency in Microsoft Office and management systems.
