Position Summary: Ensure accurate Comex production and demand planning, guaranteeing plan adherence and effective coordination between plants and strategic customers. Key Responsibilities: 1. Strategic production and demand planning. 2. Coordination and leadership of S&OP meetings. 3. Optimization of planning processes and tools. Position Mission Ensure accurate Comex channel production and demand planning, guaranteeing plan adherence, product availability, and effective coordination between plants and strategic customers. Areas of Responsibility Update the Comex production plan weekly, ensuring alignment with demand and operational capacity. Collect, analyze, and report key planning indicators for the area (e.g., Plan Adherence, Compliance, Coverage, Stockouts), proposing corrective actions when necessary. Prepare for and participate in S\&OP meetings with Category A customers (6–8 meetings per month). Coordinate and lead weekly follow-up meetings with all Comex plants, ensuring plan visibility and adherence. Prepare information and attend S\&OP meetings with TOP customers, providing analytical and planning support.
