Position Summary: We are seeking a Maintenance Planning Analyst to optimize resources, improve equipment availability, and ensure continuous improvement of the maintenance process. Key Highlights: 1. Focus on continuous improvement and operational results **What Are We Looking For?** We are seeking a **Maintenance Planning Analyst** with a holistic understanding of the planning and scheduling process, capable of monitoring KPIs, coordinating large-scale projects, and integrating specialized disciplines and departments—aiming to optimize resource utilization, enhance equipment availability, and ensure continuous improvement of the maintenance process. **What Do We Value as Additional Qualifications?** **Education:** Engineering degree (Industrial, Electromechanical, Mechanical, Chemical) or related fields. **Experience:** Experience in maintenance planning, coordination of industrial projects, KPI analysis, plant shutdowns, large-scale interventions, and critical equipment maintenance is highly valued. Proficiency in planning and tracking tools such as MS Project/Power BI. **Skills:** * Analytical capability and systemic vision. * Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and specialized disciplines. * Clear and effective communication. Technical judgment for decision-making. * Orientation toward continuous improvement and operational results. **What Will Be Your Main Responsibilities?** * Monitor KPIs related to the maintenance planning and scheduling process. * Propose and implement continuous improvement actions for the process. Support Maintenance Schedulers and Routine Planning Analysts in large-scale projects. * Coordinate interventions on critical equipment with Maintenance, Reliability, and Operations teams. * Coordinate plans and schedules across disciplines during plant shutdowns, GS activities, and investment projects.
