Job Summary: The Outbound Caller will be responsible for qualifying inbound leads, collecting key information, and scheduling meetings for the sales team; no cold calling is involved. Position: Outbound Caller Location: Onsite in Argentina (Buenos Aires and Córdoba) Schedule: Monday to Friday: 9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. CST Saturday: 9:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. CST Job Description The Outbound Caller will be responsible for immediately following up on inbound leads generated by digital campaigns (e.g., Google Ads), ensuring rapid contact via phone calls, emails, and text messages. This role does not involve cold calling; instead, it focuses on qualifying real prospects, collecting key information, and scheduling meetings for the sales team. Responsibilities • Respond promptly to inbound leads via phone, email, and SMS. • Qualify prospects based on needs, timelines, and alignment with offerings. • Disqualify unsuitable leads to optimize the sales pipeline. • Schedule meetings, demos, or follow-ups with senior representatives. • Maintain consistent outreach efforts in cases of delayed responses. • Log all interactions and updates in the CRM. • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to improve qualification criteria. • Provide feedback on lead quality to optimize marketing campaigns. • Manage a high volume of leads with persistence and professionalism.
