Job Summary: We are seeking an Accounts Payable Analyst for a leading company in the healthcare sector, responsible for reconciling amounts, controlling invoices, and managing operational payments. WHAT CHALLENGES AWAIT YOU? • Enter and reconcile amounts, checks, and obligations • Control supplier invoices • Prepare the payment register (OP) and verify supporting documentation • Coordinate with Treasury regarding payment notifications and record executed payments in the system using various payment methods • Execute operational payments under authorization from the Accounting Coordinator • Manage company and partner service payments (tracking due dates and monitoring balances) • Reconcile credit notes and special invoices (CN/SI esp) per agreements or accounting corrections • Coordinate with Accounting to determine special invoices and credit notes (CN/SI esp) and ensure their correct system allocation • Prepare information and scenarios for strategic payments (e.g., laboratories, pharmacies) together with the General Administration Manager • Maintain communication with suppliers regarding account statements and documentation • Archive and digitize proof of payments WHAT DO WE VALUE IN YOUR PROFILE? • Completed secondary education (mandatory) • Minimum 1 year of experience in similar positions • Solid Excel skills (mandatory) • English (desirable) WHAT DO WE OFFER YOU? • Work location: Moreno • Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00–17:00 • Work modality: On-site • Indefinite-term employment contract • Benefits: — Additional vacation days — Product discounts We are Adecco Argentina, a company with over 30 years of experience connecting businesses with talent by providing comprehensive Human Resources solutions — and we’re looking for talent JUST LIKE YOU!
