Position Summary: We are seeking a Validation Coordinator to lead a team, coordinate activities, drive continuous improvement, and apply digital tools to optimize processes. Key Highlights: 1. At Catalent, we are seeking a **Validation Coordinator** for our Loma Hermosa manufacturing facility in Buenos Aires. **Key Responsibilities:** * Lead and develop the Validation team, fostering a culture of learning, accountability, and continuous improvement. * Coordinate departmental activities ensuring compliance with regulatory and quality requirements. * Identify and implement improvement opportunities contributing to operational efficiency and excellence. * Drive the adoption of digital tools, automation, and Artificial Intelligence to optimize departmental processes. * Lead cross-functional projects and initiatives in collaboration with other organizational areas. * Use management metrics for decision-making and performance tracking. * Promote quality-oriented management, regulatory compliance, and patient safety. **Knowledge / Competencies:** * Leadership and people development. * Collaborative work, cross-functional influence, and change management. * Continuous improvement, problem-solving, and results orientation. * Project management and activity prioritization. * Digital tools, data analysis, and process-oriented innovation. **Education / Experience:** * Graduate in Pharmacy, Chemical Engineering, Biotechnology, or related fields. * Minimum 5 years of experience in Validation functions within the pharmaceutical industry. * Experience leading teams. * Knowledge of GMP regulations and applicable regulatory requirements. * Experience in automation, digital tools, and data analysis will be valued. * Intermediate/Advanced English **Catalent offers rewarding opportunities to further your career!** Join the global drug development and delivery leader and help us bring over 7,000 life\-saving and life\-enhancing products to patients around the world.
