At ID Logistics, we are looking for an Operations Supervisor to join our team in Fátima, Buenos Aires, Argentina. As part of the Procurement and Logistics department, the supervisor will be responsible for ensuring operational efficiency and coordinating the daily tasks of their team. We seek someone proactive, with leadership capabilities and results-oriented.
The Operations Supervisor will be responsible for coordinating and supervising warehouse and order fulfillment operations. It will be essential to ensure compliance with the company's established quality and safety standards, as well as identifying opportunities for improvement in logistics processes.
A Technical Degree in Logistics (Graduate) and prior experience in similar positions will be valued. This is a full-time, on-site role; therefore, availability during standard working hours is required.

Requirements
**Education:** Student or Graduate of a Bachelor’s/Technical Degree in Logistics or related fields.
Minimum 3 years of prior experience in large warehouses or logistics operations.
