We’re looking for you! We are currently searching for an Administrative Officer for Input Control to join our team at a major refrigerated company. Job Purpose: The primary objective is to ensure the correct receipt, availability, usage, and traceability of critical inputs for the deboning process, all under strict standards of quality, food safety, and production efficiency. Key Responsibilities: Input Receipt Management: Validate material entry by verifying condition and expiration dates. Inventory Control: Maintain consumption records per shift/production line and ensure rotation according to FIFO/FEFO principles. Production Support: Timely supply of inputs to operators to avoid workflow disruption and perform necessary replenishments during shifts. Traceability and Recordkeeping: Keep the control system updated and enter data into digital or physical spreadsheets. Interdepartmental Coordination: Place advance orders with Logistics and report non-conforming inputs to the Quality Department. Audits: Collaborate to ensure departmental compliance with BPM, BRC, and ISO 22000 standards. Requirements: Prior experience in similar roles, preferably in the food or refrigerated industry Knowledge of safety and hygiene standards (BPM, BRC, ISO 22000) Proficiency in computer tools for data entry and stock control Advanced student or graduate in fields related to this position Organized profile with strong communication skills and attention to detail 📍Workplace: Barracas, CABA 🕑100% on-site 🍽️On-site cafeteria
