Job Summary: We are seeking a CNC Lathe Setup Programmer to program, operate, and maintain lathes, ensuring quality and continuous improvement of the department. Key Highlights: 1. CNC Lathe Programming and Operation (Siemens, Fanuc) 2. Experience in machining brass, steels, and aluminum 3. Focus on continuous improvement and compliance with ISO9001 standards Position: CNC Lathe Setup Programmer Description: Must program according to drawings, prepare tooling as per programming, and operate in compliance with work orders. Complete quality control checklists and adhere to the company’s ISO9001 quality guidelines. Maintain lathe organization, cleanliness, and preventive maintenance. Proactive participation in departmental continuous improvement, production increase, etc. Programming on: Siemens Controller Fanuc Controller Experience in machining and threading of BRASS, STEELS, and ALUMINUM; correct selection of tooling for various processes and materials. Experience in CNC Lathe Programming with bar feeder / bar loader. -Requirements- Minimum Education: High School 8 years of experience Languages: Spanish Age: between 28 and 60 years Knowledge: 5S
