We are currently looking for a Collections Operator for our Contact Center Department. The ideal candidate must be honest, empathetic, solution-oriented, capable of teamwork, and possess effective communication and active listening skills. **Key Responsibilities:** Make outbound calls to delinquent customers according to the customer database. Handle inbound calls from delinquent customers. Resolve administrative, billing, and delinquency-related inquiries. Address and resolve complaints and claims. Collaborate in resolving conflicts arising from job functions. Update subscriber service data when required. Record all information gathered during interactions in the relevant systems. **Work Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM (part-time). Requirements Completed secondary education (Mandatory). Minimum 1 year of experience in collections and delinquency recovery (Mandatory). Proficiency in full Microsoft Office suite (Intermediate – Preferred). Internet proficiency (Intermediate – Not mandatory). QAD management system (Preferred – Not mandatory). Odoo CRM management system (Preferred). Google Ads (Not mandatory).
