GOOD COLD—Argentina’s leading company with over 60 years of history, producing, manufacturing, and marketing industrial refrigeration products while delivering solutions to customers—is seeking a professional engineer focused on leadership, results, and innovation to fill the position of Operations Manager for its production plant. The primary objective of the OPERATIONS MANAGER of the production plant is to ensure operational efficiency and organizational order with strategic vision. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate and comprehensively supervise all operational areas and production lines. Optimize resources and reduce operational costs. Establish control dashboards (KPIs) and report to Management. Lead and strengthen a team of over 60 people. Ensure compliance with safety, housekeeping, and quality regulations. Collaborate with HR in talent development and workplace climate. Requirements: University graduate in Engineering: Mechanical Engineer, Industrial Engineer, or related fields. Technical Secondary Education (non-exclusive). Minimum 5 years of proven experience in operations management roles within industrial or metallurgical plants with multiple production lines. Demonstrable experience in managing teams and personnel of diverse profiles. Advanced proficiency in Excel, planning systems, and continuous improvement methodologies (5S, Lean).
