Opportunities for professional growth and development Senior Management Control Analyst with experience in Data Analysis Location: Malvinas Argentinas – Northern Greater Buenos Aires Area Industry: Manufacturing Work Mode: On-site Reports to: Administration and Finance Management. An expanding industrial company is incorporating a Senior Management Control Analyst with data analysis experience. The position will play a key role in results analysis, budgetary control, cross-functional process auditing, and functional support of the management system, supporting organizational growth through reliable information and continuous improvement. A profile with strong orientation toward database analysis and Data Analytics—capable of transforming large volumes of information into strategic reports for decision-making—will be especially valued. Main Responsibilities: Preparation, consolidation, and monitoring of the annual budget and forecast. Monthly analysis of results and variances. Development and monitoring of financial and operational KPIs. Preparation of executive reports for Management. Internal audit of administrative, commercial, production, and logistics processes. Participation in implementation and improvement processes of management systems. Functional support to various departments in using the Odoo ERP system. Evaluation of operational workflows and proposal of improvements in configuration and controls. Oversight of the cycle counting process and coordination of the annual inventory. Identification of improvement opportunities based on structured data analysis. Requirements: Minimum 5 years of experience in similar roles within industrial companies. Degree in Public Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields. Experience in implementing management systems. Prior experience as an ERP Key User (valued). Advanced proficiency in the Odoo system. Solid knowledge of costing, budgeting, and inventory control. Advanced Excel skills. Analytical, autonomous, and process-oriented profile. Proven experience in database analysis (mandatory). Experience or training in Data Analytics / Business Intelligence will be valued. Working Hours: Monday to Friday, from 8 to 1 7 hours.
