Our search is focused on a proactive and methodical professional to join our accounting and finance department. Ensure the integrity of financial information and compliance with tax obligations, ensuring accurate project-level cost allocation for strategic decision-making. Main Responsibilities: Cost Management: Monitor and control budgets per project, analyzing variances and profitability. General Accounting: Prepare monthly financial statements, record accounting entries, perform account analysis, conduct bank reconciliations, and prepare interim and annual financial statements. Tax Filing: Manage national, provincial, and municipal taxes (VAT, Gross Income Tax, Income Tax, Withholdings/Perceptions). Finance: Prepare daily and projected Cash Flow reports; manage payments to suppliers and subcontractors. Requirements: Education: Graduate or final-year student of Public Accounting (mandatory). Experience: Minimum 3–5 years in similar roles, preferably within construction companies or accounting firms serving clients in this sector. Technical Knowledge: Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables and complex formulas). Experience with management systems (Finnegans, Bejerman or similar). Knowledge of current accounting and tax regulations. Competencies: Analytical ability, attention to detail, organizational skills, and excellent interpersonal skills.
