We seek an analytical and organized profile capable of transforming return volumes into strategic information to identify root causes, optimize resolution times, and reduce operational costs associated with the RMA process. 🎯 What will be your role? You will manage and analyze the return process (RMA), monitor its operational performance, detect improvement opportunities, and ensure compliance with defined processes and SLAs. This role has a direct impact on operational efficiency and continuous post-sales process improvement. 🛠️ Your main responsibilities will include: Analyze return volume by channel, SKU, and supplier. Monitor SLA compliance and RMA process cycle times. Manage the backlog of cases and prioritize closures based on age and impact. Audit stock movements related to the return process. Provide functional support to the RMA operations team. Identify root causes and deviation patterns in returns. Analyze the disposition of returned products (repair, disposal, or restocking). Control document traceability and system records in ERP / WMS. Prepare management reports and performance analysis of the process. Coordinate improvement actions with Operations, Procurement, Sales, and Customer teams. Analyze economic impact associated with returns and reprocessing. 🧠 What are we looking for in you? Minimum 3 years of experience in operational analysis, logistics, or after-sales service. Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets (pivot tables, data analysis). Experience working with ERP and/or WMS systems. Experience in monitoring operational processes and SLA tracking.
