Propose technical improvements and investment projects to optimize equipment. A major metallurgical company is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for its plant in Lanús. Main Duties: . Ensure equipment remains in excellent condition, supervising assigned technicians. . Lead the team of technicians—motivating, evaluating, training, correcting, and directing—to achieve optimal performance from each team member. . Assign tasks appropriately to each team member to ensure compliance with the preventive maintenance plan and enable rapid response to corrective actions. . Request necessary spare parts from inventory; propose technical improvements, alternative spare parts (based on cost or quality); propose investment projects to optimize equipment operation, etc. . Comply with and enforce the company’s safety and quality regulations and procedures for all tasks and repairs conducted (ISO standards). Requirements: Education: Secondary-level diploma in Electromechanical, Electrical, or Electronic Technology (mandatory). University studies: Advanced students or graduates in Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronic Engineering (preferred). Teamwork competencies, aptitude for learning new skills, technical judgment for problem-solving and decision-making. Proven experience coordinating industrial maintenance teams. Knowledge of mechanics, electromechanics, PLCs, hydraulics, pneumatics, and robotics. Work Schedule: 6-day workweek (Monday–Saturday), including holidays, morning shift.
