We are looking for a “Maintenance Supervisor” for one of our plants located in Coronel Brandsen, Buenos Aires. Key Responsibilities: Supervise the technical team responsible for tasks, ensuring appropriate resource allocation and continuous training. Supervise installation, preventive, and corrective maintenance work on industrial machinery. Diagnose failures and coordinate repairs of electronic systems and devices. Monitor and manage the proper use of tools, supplies, and spare parts from the storeroom. Participate in evaluations of improvement projects and implementation of new equipment. Manage and prepare shift reports to assess progress and provide recommendations. Requirements: Graduates in Electromechanical/Electronic Technicians or related fields. Knowledge of PLC programming. Development and execution of electronic/electrical schematics. Residency in areas adjacent to Coronel Brandsen/Jeppener/La Plata (Mandatory). Five years of experience in similar roles (Mandatory).
