Job Summary: We are seeking a candidate with a degree in Industrial or Logistics Engineering and experience in logistics and e-Commerce to optimize processes and manage warehouse operations. Opportunity to design and lead the logistics operation We are looking for a candidate with a relevant degree such as Industrial Engineering or Logistics Engineering, with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in Logistics, Operational Warehousing, e-Commerce, or Mercado Libre; Logistics Process Design or Optimization; organized and results-oriented, to perform tasks within a growing company. Main Responsibilities Design and implement the warehouse location system (layout, picking, replenishment). Centralize inventory in a master warehouse and define the roles of auxiliary warehouses. Optimize receiving, storage, picking, and dispatch processes. Implement internal replenishment processes among warehouses. Improve order preparation times and reduce operational errors. Physically organize the warehouse to maximize efficiency and scalability. Manage and coordinate the warehouse operational team. Propose and implement continuous improvements in logistics processes.
