Monitor the achievement of objectives by teams under supervision This opportunity may interest you! · We are looking for a Branch Supervisor for Tucumán, responsible for leading and supervising the branch to meet objectives and quality and financial standards; preparing and managing budgets; and maintaining control dashboards. · Main responsibilities of the position: · Manage branch operations (both administratively and operationally). Plan the layout and distribution. Manage and forecast distribution and vehicles to be contracted. Monitor material arrivals through system reports. Monitor branch objective achievement. Prepare daily distribution reports. Maintain ongoing contact with suppliers. Respond to customer service (SAC) in case of issues. Be accountable for achieving distribution planning objectives and closing all stages of packages assigned to the branch. Analyze and close the Branch Pending Issues Control Panel. Place orders for branch supplies. Monitor objective and task achievement by supervisors under supervision: Administrative, Scheduling, Dispatch, and Receiving. Prepare general reports for management. · Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and guidelines defined under the Management System. Participate in meetings.
