Collaboration with architects and engineers At Ceta Capital Humano, we are currently looking for a Junior Draftsman to join the technical team of a company specializing in engineering services, projects, and construction. PRIMARY OBJECTIVE: Provide graphic support to the engineering and construction team, ensuring clear, accurate, and continuously updated technical documentation. Prepare, review, and standardize project and construction drawings, guaranteeing accuracy in details and compliance with technical guidelines established by the department. WHAT WILL YOU DO IN THIS POSITION? Development, updating, and correction of AutoCAD drawings according to technical department requirements. Interpretation of drawings and specifications for accurate preparation of graphical documentation. Collaboration with architects and engineers to define construction details, adjustments, and modifications. Organization and safekeeping of the digital archive of drawings and technical documentation. Preparation of sections, views, details, and schedules according to project type. Basic on-site surveying when required, for measurement taking and dimension verification. Preparation of drawings for presentation, printing, or submission to regulatory bodies, clients, or contractors. Collaboration in updating metrics and documentation for internal reports. REQUIREMENTS Availability to work Monday through Friday, from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM. Personal transportation and valid driver’s license. WE VALUE Intermediate/advanced AutoCAD proficiency (mandatory). Knowledge of 2D/3D drawing or modeling software (SketchUp, Revit, SolidWorks — desirable). Basic knowledge of reading drawings and technical documentation.
