Quality control and compliance with standards Ceta Capital Humano is looking for an Architect to join the technical team of a company specialized in engineering, construction, and services for various types of projects. PRIMARY OBJECTIVE: Supervise civil works to ensure their proper execution, technical compliance, and progress according to schedule. Provide technical support to the department and coordinate teams to guarantee safe, efficient, and high-quality work. WHAT WILL YOU DO IN THIS POSITION? Comprehensively supervise civil works from inception to completion. Coordinate contractors, work crews, and suppliers involved in each project. Review and validate drawings, quantity take-offs, measurements, and technical documentation. Prepare progress reports, photographic reports, and site documentation. Control construction quality and compliance with technical and regulatory standards. Manage minor purchases, request materials, and track deliveries. Monitor schedules, deadlines, and on-site productivity, proposing corrective actions when necessary. Conduct field surveys and identify construction or technical deviations. Coordinate with internal technical teams regarding adjustments, redesigns, or specific requirements. Participate in site meetings with clients, suppliers, and technical inspection agencies. REQUIREMENTS Availability to work Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM. Personal transportation and valid driver’s license. WE VALUE Architect with 3 to 4 years of verifiable experience in civil works. Solid knowledge of site management, technical documentation, and construction processes. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Excel, and digital tracking tools. Leadership and team management capabilities.
