Your primary objective is to maximize growth of the Supermarkets vertical by securing investment for **exclusive promotional activities** and accelerating investment in **Retail Media (Ads)**. You will be responsible for positioning PedidosYa as the top-priority digital investment channel for brands, transforming our visibility assets into mass-sales tools. **Your Key Challenges:** * **Assortment Gap/Opportunity Identification:** Identify winning CPG products that currently lack sufficient presence on our App and negotiate commercial acceleration. * **Sales & Growth:** Act as ambassador of the Supermarkets ecosystem to CPGs, driving channel adoption through data analysis and presenting market opportunities to secure competitive investment tables. * **Investment Negotiation (JBP):** Lead discussions with CPGs to secure annual or quarterly budgets allocated to exclusive in-app promotions (e.g., "Bomb Prices", brand-specific coupons, exclusive bundles). * **Retail Media Acceleration:** Collaborate with the Retail Media team to sell and optimize visibility placements (Banners, Highlights, Checkout ads), ensuring brands achieve their awareness and conversion goals. * **Co-Investment Strategy:** Design mechanisms where the brand and PedidosYa jointly invest to drive specific categories (e.g., Fresh Produce, Beverages, Hygiene) aligned with our market penetration strategy. * **Performance Analysis (ROAS):** Prepare impact reports for brands, demonstrating return on their investment and leveraging consumption data to propose new advertising and promotional opportunities. * **Partner Synchronization (Marketplace):** Collaborate with the supermarket commercial team to coordinate with major retailers (Carrefour, Cencosud, etc.) so that promotions negotiated with brands are accurately reflected on the platform and backed by guaranteed stock. **Requirements** * **Experience:** Minimum 3\-4 years in Commercial, Digital Trade Marketing, or Key Account Management (KAM), preferably having worked at a CPG (e.g., P\&G, Nestlé, Danone) or with CPGs from an E\-commerce/Last Mile platform. * **Commercial/Negotiator Profile:** Strong persuasion skills and ability to manage long-term relationships.
