Job Summary: At JPH Lions, we are seeking an experienced infrastructure technician to monitor servers, storage, and network devices; configure CCTV, switches, storage, VMs, and Wi-Fi antennas; and assist with the physical network. Key Highlights: 1. IT infrastructure monitoring and configuration. 2. Network, storage, and virtualization configuration. 3. Collaboration with technicians and optical fiber inspection. At JPH Lions, we are actively seeking an infrastructure technician with proven experience. Responsibilities: Server, storage, and network device monitoring. CCTV configuration and monitoring. Switch configuration (VLAN changes, initial setup, etc.). Storage configuration (LUN creation). VM configuration on ESXi. Assistance to technicians with the physical network. Wi-Fi antenna configuration and inspection. Optical fiber and SFP inspection. Essential Requirements: Intermediate knowledge of networking (DHCP, Subnet, VLAN, OSI model, TCP/IP, Trunk, LAP, copper and fiber cabling). Knowledge of server and storage management and administration (RAID, VDI, VPC, LUN). Intermediate knowledge of CCTV (IP camera management and configuration). Desirable Requirements: Experience with Axxon software. Knowledge of Fortigate and Fortinet routers and switches. Knowledge of Cisco (CLI-based switch configuration). Knowledge of IBM and HP storage systems. Knowledge of Proxmox and ESXi. Soft Skills: Strong willingness to learn, positive attitude, and teamwork orientation. Work Modality: 100% on-site, Monday to Friday, 8 AM–5 PM or 9 AM–6 PM, with occasional after-hours on-call duties as required by terminal operations in case of incidents. Work Location: Offices in Retiro, Villa Martelli.
