The position is on-site and requires a high level of proficiency in handling traditional blacksmithing tools and techniques. The ideal candidate must be capable of working with metals, performing tasks such as forging, welding, and finishing metal parts. Experience in fabricating metal structures, as well as repairing and maintaining industrial equipment, is required. The candidate must demonstrate ability to work collaboratively and maintain a proactive attitude committed to workplace excellence. Prior experience in similar environments and the ability to quickly learn new techniques and tools will be viewed favorably.
