In this context, we seek to hire a CABA Building Code Specialist Architect with solid experience in Horizontal Property to serve as an internal advisor and lead the analysis, advisory, and regulatory processing of our developments. Expected Job Outcomes: Evaluate urban feasibility of land parcels. Analyze various possible volumetric configurations to maximize land utilization. Provide technical advisory during the sketch phase, proposing viable alternatives compliant with the Code. Ensure compliance with the CABA Urban and Building Code across all project stages. Revise and optimize projects to guarantee regulatory alignment. Advise the project team on correct application of the Code. Manage municipal procedures and permits. Serve as liaison between the project team and external agents. Handle interactions with governmental authorities, resolving bottlenecks with the municipality. What We Are Looking For: Architect (or engineer) with solid knowledge of the CABA Building and Urban Code. Proven experience managing municipal procedures and permits. Experience handling Horizontal Property developments. Ability to interact with public agencies and resolve administrative obstacles. Analytical, strategic profile focused on maximizing projects within the regulatory framework. Knowledge of provincial regulations and experience in Greater Buenos Aires (GBA), particularly in 3 de Febrero and surrounding areas, will be valued.
