For our client — a leading industrial company dedicated to the development and manufacturing of products and solutions for the energy and Oil \& Gas industries — we are looking for an Engineering Manager responsible for comprehensively leading and managing the department, ensuring product and process development, validation, and continuous improvement, while guaranteeing quality standards, operational efficiency, and technical competitiveness aligned with business strategy. This position reports to Executive Management and plays a key role in detailed engineering design and technical support to Commercial, Production, and Quality departments. **Key Responsibilities:** Lead and supervise product design, development, and improvement. Evaluate technical feasibility of new developments. Approve technical specifications, drawings, and documentation submitted to customers. Technically validate quotations jointly with the Commercial Department. Ensure correct generation and modification of drawings and bills of materials. Lead improvement and redesign processes for existing products. Design and optimize production processes, fixtures, and test benches. Provide technical supervision for proper definition of production processes and associated technical documentation for manufacturing. Manage patenting of developments, where applicable. Ensure effective technical support to the Commercial Department and customers. Maintain up-to-date and consistent technical catalogs. Serve as the technical reference point for Executive Management and General Management. Ensure proper validation of designs for products manufactured by the company. Provide technical supervision of preventive and corrective maintenance of equipment and facilities, coordinated with the relevant department. Requirements We seek a graduate engineer with at least 10 years of experience in similar technical leadership roles within industrial companies, preferably metallurgical. Experience in design, development, or applied engineering for industrial equipment and systems related to fluid control, pressure, energy, or thermal processes in complex industrial environments. Experience in technologies such as industrial valves or pumps, pneumatic or hydraulic systems, actuators, or process equipment used in energy, petrochemical, or manufacturing industries is highly valued. Ability to interpret and generate technical drawings and specifications. Knowledge of industry standards (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 29001, or others applicable to the market). Design for Manufacturability (DFM). Technical project management. Experience leading multidisciplinary technical teams. **Soft Skills:** Technical leadership and decision-making ability.
