Workshop Activator At Grúas San Blas, we continue growing and are seeking to hire a Workshop Activator to boost productivity, repair tracking, and coordination among various operational departments. We seek a dynamic individual with strong presence on the workshop floor, organizational skills, and consistent focus on meeting deadlines and objectives. Essential Requirements Experience in mechanical, roadwork, truck, or heavy machinery workshops. Mechanical Technician, Electromechanical Technician, or related field. General knowledge of mechanics, hydraulics, and electricity. Experience in repair tracking and operational coordination. Proficiency in work orders and management systems. Availability for on-site work. Proactive, solution-oriented, and results-driven profile. Main Responsibilities Conduct daily tracking of ongoing repairs. Identify deviations, bottlenecks, and unproductive time. Coordinate priorities among mechanics, blacksmithing, painting, machining, spare parts, and logistics. Verify spare parts availability and operational needs. Maintain up-to-date progress status for each equipment unit. Promptly report deviations and risks to the Workshop Manager. Ensure adherence to deadlines, productivity targets, and execution quality. Valued Competencies High level of proactivity. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
