Description We are looking for Senior UX/UI Designers (Product Designers) for an important client. This role requires seasoned professionals who can confidently lead end\-to\-end product design, collaborate closely with multidisciplinary development teams, and communicate directly with English\-speaking clients. Ideal candidates are proactive, independent, and experienced in product discovery, user research, and delivering complex digital solutions. **Location:** Buenos Aires – hybrid, 2–3 days per week in the office (La Maquinita Cowork \- Av. del Libertador 767\). Requirements **Must\-haves:** Very strong English (daily direct communication with US client \+ mixed dev teams, calls, workshops, presenting, etc.) Proven experience in multidisciplinary dev teams (real collaboration with devs, POs, QAs, ability to push back when needed) Hands\-on experience leading product discovery (user research, workshops, defining vision, prioritization – this is super important for us) Confidence \& freedom in direct communication with English\-speaking clients (presenting designs, running feedback sessions, driving discussions – no hand\-holding needed) Strong portfolio with complex products (healthtech \= huge bonus, but not mandatory) True senior level – owns the entire design process and can mentor juniors 5 years
