Your central purpose will be maximizing web channel performance as an inbound acquisition engine—integrating best practices in technical SEO, performance, analytics, and conversion rate optimization (CRO). As our Developer specialist, **you will be responsible for:** 1\. Staying up-to-date with trends in web design, websites, landing pages, and web content in general. 2\. Continuously developing and optimizing dynamic landing pages with a focus on SEO-driven acquisition. 3\. Overseeing implementation of SEO best practices in source code—such as proper use of HTML tags, meta tags, schemas, structured content, and other critical elements for indexing. 4\. Collaborating closely with design, content, and marketing teams to ensure all aspects of the site contribute positively to SEO. 5\. Optimizing website performance to improve page load speed, since site speed is a key factor in search engine algorithms. 6\. Guaranteeing full mobile-device compatibility and compliance with Google’s mobile experience standards. 8\.
