We are looking for a **Construction Supervisor** with solid technical experience in the execution of concrete/metallic structures and civil works to join our team in Buenos Aires. **Main Responsibilities:** * **Structure Supervision:** Thorough oversight of structure execution (reinforced concrete and/or metallic), verifying reinforcements, formwork, and pouring according to drawings and specifications. * **Civil Works Management:** Coordination of masonry tasks, layout surveys, and wet finishes. * **Team Leadership:** Management of direct staff and coordination with subcontractors (structural specialists, masons, installers). * **Quality Control:** Ensure materials and workmanship comply with technical standards and company quality requirements. * **Planning:** Monitoring of construction schedule (Gantt chart), reporting progress and deviations to Project Management. * **Safety and Hygiene:** Ensure strict compliance with on-site safety regulations and proper use of PPE. * **Material Management:** Ordering and receiving materials (concrete, steel, aggregates, etc.) and stock control in storage area. **Mandatory Requirements:** * **Education:** Civil Engineer or Architect with valid professional license. * **Experience:** Minimum of **5 years** of verifiable experience supervising large-scale projects of similar scope. * **Technical Skills:** Advanced ability to interpret structural and architectural drawings, quantity takeoff, and cost estimation. * **Tools:** Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Project, and Office Suite. * **Residence:** Must reside in Buenos Aires or have availability to relocate. **Valued Attributes:** * Own transportation. * Conflict resolution skills and proactivity on site. **We Offer:** * Competitive salary commensurate with position and experience. * Immediate hiring. * Professional growth opportunities within an expanding company. * Positive work environment.
